Public Events at the Presidential Palace

Concert cycle “Autumn in the Presidential Palace 2009” launched

Sunday, September 20, Vilnius - This autumn, the Presidential Palace is hosting a series of open-air events for the residents and guests of Vilnius.

On Sunday, more than half a thousand music lovers were invited to the opening concert in the series "Autumn in the Presidential Palace 2009". The inner courtyard became a stage for vocal music performed by the Liepaitės Girls Choir and the Vilnius University Women Choir Virgo.

During the open-air concert, paintings by students of the Vilnius Art School for Children and Youth were also displayed. They were drawn or painted in an open-air session which took place on September 12 in the Presidential Courtyard.
