The Cross is made of gold and covered with white enamel (50 mm). On the obverse, a stylized rider is set against a red shield. Above the shield is the Grand Crown of the Duke. The same shield, with a V in the middle is on the reverse. The years of the rule of Vytautas the Great (1392-1430) are engraved on the edges of the Cross. The golden royal crown with three crystal stones is placed above the Cross. The sash is white moiré, 40 mm wide. It features two orange stripes on the sides.
